    Gently squeeze the ball with all five fingers, then slowly release. Repeat 10x. This trains controlled grip without over-tensioning the forearm.
  3. Foot Mobilisation
    Place a ball under the foot (heel seated or standing). Slowly roll from toe pads to heel, then across the arch. Use light pressure — the smaller size targets fascia more precisely.
  4. Between Joints
    Use the ball between the toes or fingers, gently rolling to create space and improve circulation.
